For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that individual pairs of underwear are final sale once opened.

To maintain the quality of our organic cotton and delicate lace, we recommend hand washing in cold water or using a delicate machine cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Always air dry to prevent shrinkage.
